CREATION OF SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL USING THE ROLLING METHOD OF ASYMMETRICAL PACKAGES FOR DUAL-PURPOSE PRODUCTS

Purpose. The object of research in this work was the creation a bimetallic material with increased mechanical and operational properties by rolling asymmetric packages. According to preliminary results structure research, optimal compositions base cladding layer workpiece smallest difference thermal expansion coefficients were selected. With help packages – steel 14Х17Н13КМБх + layer-steel 03Х17Н3Г9МБДЮч, made, which had low stresses welded seam zone influence, unlike package 10ХФТБх.  Research methods. Metallographic, durometric, dilatometric.

 Scientific novelty. On basis experimental data, development destruction inner reactors magnetothermal for sponge titanium, subjected temperature, load periodic contact tetrachloride, liquid magnesium chloride, leads grooving, appearance reactor sponge, has been established. It shown that order eliminate these undesirable phenomena, it necessary use different chemical composition similar physical properties: coefficient expansion, hardness strength limit.
 Practical value. results, 14Х17Н13КМБч, mode hot deformation developed, made possible obtain structure, physico-mechanical service properties.
